Add a trial or complimentary ESS access to an existing account. Basic tournament limits and all other paid features stay unchanged. New customers can first create an account on the ESS sign-in page.
Expiry and revocation stop new event activation. Events already activated offline continue through their signed authorization window; they are not interrupted mid-tournament.

Create an ESS event
At the venue
- Start Arena Hub on the laptop. Keep it connected to the same local network as your scoring devices.
- Prepare this event for the Hub ID. Download its activation bundle and import it on that laptop before scoring.
- Join each scoring device locally. Use the hub’s referee, judge, and scoreboard credentials. Activate sound on the scoreboard display.
Live scoring is confirmed by the local hub. Cloud results update after synchronization and can be older than the score on the arena display.
